Every trade pays a fee
A small fee on each $LADDER buy and sell is collected by the contract and sent to one wallet. That wallet is the pot.

The number at the top of this page is read straight from that wallet balance. Open it in an explorer and check it yourself.

The best trader takes the payout. What is left rolls forward, so the pot never starts a season at zero.

Payouts are sent by hand. On purpose.
When a season closes this site records the winner and the amount. It moves nothing. The operator reads the final table, sends the payout manually from the dev wallet, and posts the transaction hash so anybody can check the payment landed.
That is deliberate. Automating it would mean this server holds a key that can move the pot. It does not, and it never will. The trade off is that a payout can take a few hours after the buzzer instead of landing in the same block.

What counts
- Any token on Robinhood Chain, no exceptions
- Positions you closed inside the season
- Positions still open, valued at the last traded price
- Every wallet you entered, scored on its own
What does not count
- Bags you opened before the season started. Selling an old position is not performance in this window, so it is left out and your row is flagged
- Transfers in and out. Only real DEX trades are read
- Anything on another chain
Printed profit is visible, not invisible
Because you may trade anything, you could in theory buy from yourself on a token nobody else touches and print a number. Nothing stops you, but the table says so: thin_book when a profit is made on almost no capital, and cluster when several entrants move together. A flagged first place is reviewed before anything is sent.

What people ask first
Is it really free?
Yes. There is no entry fee and you do not need to hold $LADDER to compete. The pot is built from trading fees on the token, not from the people entering.
Do I have to connect a wallet or sign anything?
No, and you never should. You paste an address into a box. That is the whole sign up. Nobody here will ever ask you to connect, approve a token or send funds. Anyone who does is not us.
Can you touch my funds?
No. There is no deposit, no vault and no contract you interact with. Your wallet stays entirely yours and this site only reads public chain data about it.
What am I allowed to trade?
Anything on Robinhood Chain. No approved list and no restriction on size, timing or how many trades you make.
When exactly does a season end?
Every 5 days, on the clock at the top of this page. The moment it hits zero the table freezes, the winner is recorded, and a new season opens.
How do I get paid?
The operator sends it by hand from the dev wallet to the winning address and posts the transaction hash. Nothing is automated, which is why it can take a few hours rather than landing instantly.
Can I enter more than one wallet?
Nothing blocks it, but wallets that move together get flagged as a cluster, and a flagged first place is reviewed before a payout goes out. This is meant to reward a good trader, not somebody spreading bets across ten addresses.
Do I have to enter again every season?
No. Enter once and you are carried into every following season automatically.
My wallet is not on the table
You appear the moment you enter, on zero, until you trade. Scores rebuild on a cycle rather than instantly, so a trade you just made can take a few minutes to show.
